As a Business Expert , you help them learn about Apple products and the services it take to make it all happen. With your understanding of business needs and enthusiasm for Apple products, you find great satisfaction in offering powerful, innovative solutions to our customers.

Description

As a Business Expert, you introduce Apple solutions, technology, and our services to business and education customers. You’ll spend time on the sales floor, meeting business and educational customers and learn about their needs. You generate new leads and build relationships, connecting over the phone, Internet or through in-store workshops and events. You discover customer needs through meeting with the customers to prepare and present complete solution proposals. Finally, you present and offer customers the complete proposal. This is all done at our store located in the Rogue Valley Mall - Medford, Oregon. You'll use an iPad or Mac to keep information up to date using our FileMaker Pro app. You will protect and build upon our 5-star level of customer service with fast turn around and quality work. This position will start as a salaried position and base pay of $38K ~ $61K annually, includes a full benefits package, stock and matching 401K plus cash bonuses for hitting performance goals.

Essential Functions

  • Get intimate with our unique selling proposition, the products and services we offer as a complete solution and learn our FileMaker Pro app.
  • Work on the sales floor, over the Internet and on the phone presenting to business customers throughout the nation.
  • Provide general feed back to the Sales Manager on how we can improve operations, reduce our costs and improve our services.
  • Stay in touch with business customers and their order status, and schedule delivery & training dates for our Smart Support staff.
  • Spanish speaking capabilities are a plus. We don’t currently have many Hispanic customers and would like someone who can help us communicate with those customers more effectively.

Requirements

  • You love to serve and help people along with a passion for Apple products.
  • You have at least one year of experience selling in the business market.
  • You’re comfortable developing qualified leads by phone.
  • Can demonstrate responsibility, being on time and look for ways to bring more value to the company through their position.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Must pass a pre-employment and random drug screening test administered through Asante
  • Must sign a confidentiality agreement
  • Read one book a month from our library of books to help you be successful in this position

Compensation

  • We will be offering to the successful hire a salary of $38K ~ $61K annually depending on experience and proven leadership abilities.
  • A full benefits package will be offered after a 90-day performance period evaluation and will include: Health Care & Vision, Dental Care, Wellness Plan, Holiday Pay, 401K Employer Matching, Rewards Program, Stock incentive program and Vacation Pay. Some candidates may qualify for immediate benefits.
  • You’ll be eligible for our Rewards Program based on your sales performance
