SmartHelp is a privately owned and independently operated retail Apple technology store in Medford Oregon which provides complete solutions on Apple, Windows and Google platforms. We help our customers get the right products, back up their device, go through and document their accounts, help them with password management, setup their devices, provide training and technical support for the Mac & PC (macOS, Windows & ChromeOS) tablet and mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Windows Mobile). We offer complete hardware repair for both in and out of warranty devices.
