If your phone is under AppleCare+ warranty, we can still get it repaired the same day if we have the part in stock. However sometimes we have to send it out to Apple which can take 3-5 days under normal circumstances. COVID-19 delays up to an extra week.

If you need to rent some hardware while yours is being serviced, we have the inventory to get that taken care of.
We can help you facilitate all repairs for any of the issued and recalled Apple Hardware Service Programs. These programs are covered under AppleCare extended warranty programs. Facilitation fees may apply.

You can also schedule an on-site service call where we’ll come out and pick it up if you live within 30-miles* from Medford Oregon.
If it’s easier, you can drop off your device(s) at UPS or FedEx along with your Repair ID from us. They will pack and ship it right to us. If you have your original box, that is always helpful.
Make sure to include your accessories and turn off Find my iPhone, iPad or Mac.
Once we receive it, we’ll diagnose what the problem is and get back to you within one business day with a cost of repair.
Once you approve the repair, If we don’t have your part in stock, we’ll order it next day air for you.
