If you have a cracked front screen or need a new battery, we can help you get it replaced most often in the same day. It just depends on several factors. If this is an out-of-warranty repair, bring your phone in and we’ll replace it in 4-6 hours. If the back of your phone is damaged, your phone will need to get replaced.

If your phone is under AppleCare+ warranty, we can still get it repaired the same day if we have the part in stock. However sometimes we have to send it out to Apple which can take 3-5 days under normal circumstances. COVID-19 delays up to an extra week.

We replace batteries on all models of MacBook to help extend the life of it. If you have accidental damage we can replace your screen or top case and keyboard. We can replace your iMac’s hard drive with an SSD or install additional Memory (RAM) to increase the speed. RAM allows you to launch more apps and you can instantly switch between one app and another by hitting command-tab.

If your Mac has AppleCare+ warranty, we’ll help facilitate the repair through Apple or a local Apple Authorized Service Provider.

We provide both in and out-of-warranty repairs for your iPad most often replacing the screen or battery.

If you have AppleCare+ coverage, we can help you repair or replace your iPad with a new service replacement from Apple.

While it’s in for repair we can help you get it setup right, updated and syncing properly with all your accounts.

Then we’ll spend some time to give you some training on how to best use it.

If you can’t be without your device we offer rental of a temporary iPad, iPhone or Mac..

Sign in or create an account and then you can chat, call and schedule an appointment through our web form and one of our technicians will contact you to initiate a repair. We’ll setup a Repair ID, document your serial number and configuration, ask you about what happened and what your symptoms are.

We can take care of your cracked iPhone, iPad or Mac screens, replace your battery, charging ports, logic board or repair accidental liquid damage and manufacture defects. We can help you upgrade to a solid state hard drive, memory upgrades and more. Please backup your data if possible before sending it to us.

How to get it to us

If you are in Southern Oregon, you can bring your device in for repair by first scheduling an appointment.

You can also schedule an on-site service call where we’ll come out and pick it up if you live within 30-miles* from Medford Oregon.

If it’s easier, you can drop off your device(s) at UPS or FedEx along with your Repair ID from us. They will pack and ship it right to us. If you have your original box, that is always helpful.

Make sure to include your accessories and turn off Find my iPhone, iPad or Mac.

Once we receive it, we’ll diagnose what the problem is and get back to you within one business day with a cost of repair.

Once you approve the repair, If we don’t have your part in stock, we’ll order it next day air for you.

Most phone repairs can be done same day. Most computer repairs range from 1-3 business days. However sometimes we have to send it out to Apple which can take 3-5 days under normal circumstances. COVID-19 delays up to an extra week.
