As a Receptionist & Store Greeter you will be the one making the first impression. You will make our customers feel welcomed and checked in so they don’t have to wait around. You’ll be able to answer simple questions and best direct them how to move forward quickly to get what they want done. A friendly face, a smile for someone who isn’t having a good day because their technology is not working goes a long way to help them feel better. Our desired candidate will be 20-35 years of age and have an attractive and positive personality. They will have good communications skills and will ask about their day while creating a relationship with that customer because you care.


The Receptionist & Store Greeter provides general assistance for a variety of questions at our store located in the Rogue Valley Mall - Medford, OR. The ideal candidate will posses a warm friendly personality, with a courteous and respectful demeanor. In this store’s fast-paced environment, you will deliver positive experiences for customers as they enter our store. You will protect and build upon our 5-star level of customer service with your attractive personality, good communication and general direction. You'll use an iPad to get people registered and checked in with photo and all contact information. You will sometime work on the sales floor as customers enter the store and other times be on the phone answering calls and getting them to the right people to answer their question. This a part time flexible 16-32 hours a week position (to accommodate a college class schedule) and starting pay of $12 hr. ~ $18 hr. depending on experience.

Essential Functions

  • Get familiar with our unique selling proposition, the products and services we offer as a complete solution and learn our FileMaker Pro app.
  • Work at the entrance of our retail store greeting walk-in customers, getting them checked in for an appointment and/or registered.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and gathering basic contact information, scheduling appointments and pointing customers in the right direction.
  • You would keep track of how many new or returning customers entered our store and give some general feed back to the Sales manager on how we can improve the check in and registration process.
  • Help with the organization of events, school field trips.
  • Help post a variety of events, topics and happenings at our store on our Facebook, Yelp, Google, Instagram, SnapChat, and LinkedIn accounts
  • We are looking for someone who is good and enjoys being photographed and video recorded for use at our online website and social media sites.
  • Spanish speaking capabilities are a plus. We don’t currently have many Hispanic customers and would like someone who can help us communicate with those customers more effectively.


  • An attractive friendly personality who loves to serve and help people in store and online.
  • Have general knowledge of Apple products, services and protocols.
  • Can demonstrate responsibility, being on time and look for ways to bring more value to the company through their position.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Must pass a pre-employment and random drug screening test administered through Asante
  • Must sign a confidentiality agreement
  • Available for at least 16 hours a week.
  • Read one book a month from our library of books to help you be successful in this position


  • We will be offering to the successful hire an hourly wage of $12 hr. ~ $18 hr. depending on experience.
