As one of our Service Technician you will work behind the scenes in our service department, providing technical support, training, repairing hardware or setting up the software for iPhones, iPads, Macs, Android and Windows PCs. Our desired candidate will have a in-depth knowledge and passion for Apple products, services and protocols as well as a very good understanding of networking and posses Apple Service Certification.
This Service Technician will complete all hardware repairs as well as software setup at our store located in the Rogue Valley Mall - Medford, Oregon. You will get the devices set up and completely ready to deliver and train the customer. You will also provide technical support and training over the Internet You will protect and build upon our 5-star level of customer service with fast turn around and quality work. You'll use a Mac or iPad to enter data in the service records using our FileMaker Pro app. You may work on various different hardware from desktop to laptops, from tablet to mobile phones. This a part time flexible 16-32 hours a week position (to accommodate a college class schedule) and starting pay of $18 hr. ~ $23 hr. depending on experience.
